The DofE is a voluntary, non-competitive, flexible personal development programme that increases your chances of getting a job within six months of graduating. The DofE Award is recognised around the globe, so if you’re applying for positions in other countries, it will still be worth a lot.

Anyone aged 14-24 can do a DofE programme at one of three progressive levels which, when successfully completed, leads to a Bronze, Silver or Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
