Have you ever wondered what life is really like for a barrister or judge, bearing the weighty responsibility of making decisions that impact people’s futures?

Hills Road alumna Helen will share her experiences from over 20 years in family law. First as a barrister, now as a Circuit Judge on the Midlands Circuit, Helen’s work involves some of the most complex and sensitive legal cases.

After Hills Road, Helen went on to study Law in London before becoming a family law barrister, representing parents, children, and local authorities in cases that shape lives.

Whether you’re a young person considering a career in law, fascinated by how our justice system works, or simply curious about Helen’s journey, join us for what promises to be an engaging and thought-provoking evening!
