Year 12 student Lizzy Fordham recently achieved an incredible second place in the regional heat of the National Gallery Articulation Prize, for her bold and thought-provoking presentation titled "How Christianity Eliminates Femininity".
Her insights into Hendrick Van Balen’s Holy Trinity was so compelling that one judge’s reaction was: "Wow, I’m speechless!"
On Tuesday 3 March at lunchtime, Lizzy has kindly agreed to share her talk with our community as part of our activities marking International Women’s Day throughout the week.
Students and staff can come along to the SLR (Science Lecture Room) to hear more from Lizzy on the relationship between gender, art, and history.
