Toby Saville and Jonathan Sansom are exhibiting their artwork!

Two of our Art and Design teachers have had their work selected for an exciting group show – and very close to College, too – so it is easy to pop in and enjoy the work first-hand.

AKA contemporary

We are extremely excited to announce that AKA contemporary, which is located just around the corner from the College, is showing the work of two of our very own Art and Design teachers along with other local artists in the Spring Show 2024 now!

You can view all 89 works from the 77 artists in the exhibition at The Studio, 54a Cherry Hinton Road, CB1 7AA, Tuesdays to Saturdays 11 am to 5 pm until 13 April.

Jonathan Sansom

Jonathan has been emerging as an artist for many years and hopes to fully emerge soon.

His work is inspired by imagery associated with transformational processes, rhythms and improvised colours and shapes, that may perhaps have some associations to… well best not to say… the images must do their own job.

It’s a real privilege to be selected for this show, the range of work is rich and interesting with a wide variety of media and subject matter on display, artwork is made to be seen so this is a lovely outing for a new painting.

Toby Saville

Toby’s work results from a playful and exhaustive painting process that responds to dynamic forces observed, and experienced, in rural landscape.
