The Japanese Beginners Level 1 course is designed for students who have no previous knowledge of Japanese.

Japanese for Beginners - Level 1

The Japanese Beginners Level 2 course is suitable for students who have already studied Japanese for one term or who have completed approximately 20 hours of tuition.

Japanese for Beginners - Level 2

The Japanese Beginners Level 3 course is suitable for students who have already studied Japanese for two terms or who have completed approximately 40 hours of tuition.

Japanese for Beginners - Level 3

Summer school courses are designed for students who would like to study for two hours each day over the course of one week.

Japanese for Beginners Summer School

The Japanese Improvers course is suitable for students who have already studied Japanese for approximately one and a half years. The course is suitable for students who can read and write Hiragana and Katakana confidently and who know some Kanji.

Japanese Improvers

The Japanese Lower Improvers course is suitable for students who have already studied Japanese for three terms or who have completed approximately 60 hours of tuition. The programme is suitable for students who can read and write Hiragana and Katakana confidently and who have just started to learn Kanji.

Japanese Lower Improvers

The Japanese Upper Improvers course is suitable for students who have already studied Japanese for approximately two years. The course is suitable for students who can read and write Hiragana and Katakana confidently and who know about 80 Kanji.

The Korean Beginners Level 2 course is suitable for students who have already studied Korean for one term or who have completed approximately 20 hours of tuition.
