The Portuguese Beginners Level 1 course is suitable for students who have no previous knowledge of Portuguese.

The Portuguese Beginners Level 1 course is based on a communicative approach and aims to develop the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing in the language. The course develops students’ understanding of Portuguese so that they can use the language effectively in everyday situations. This course feeds into Portuguese Beginners Level 2 in the next term.
Portuguese Beginners Level 1 introduces students to Portuguese language and culture in a fun and effective way. Each session will include a range of learning activities, including work in pairs and groups so that students practise new vocabulary and linguistic structures in a lively and varied way.

Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of booking.
If you are booking a Level 3 or 4 Counselling course, you will be able to pay for this using a Direct Debit, which you will set up before the course starts in September. Please check the relevant course pages for details.
