About the course

The Improvisation Through Movement and Dance course is perfect for anyone interested in dance, movement and improvisation. It is also great for anyone who simply wants to step out of their comfort zone, meet new people and build their confidence to transfer into their everyday lives.

Improvisation is an amazing tool that can teach you so much about how to navigate the ups and downs of life. Whether that is going to a meeting that turns out to not be what you expected, rearranging a day that did not go to plan, or how to style out an accidental fall in the street (we have all been there).

You will learn how to use materials from your everyday life to inform how you move your body and how to transfer these tools from the studio to your home.
