The Graphic Design for Beginners short course will show you how to transfer your ideas into digital documents ready for print or the web.
Enrol now for the available days
Throughout the Graphic Design for Beginners course, you will build confidence in your own ideas and graphic decision-making. You will learn in an environment where you can develop your own creative practice, guided by a professional designer, through group and one-to-one discussions.
Graphic Design is the process of choosing, organising and combining words, images and space into a form that communicates and influences its audience.
The course is suitable for anyone with a curiosity to learn more about graphic design, its application for visual communication and its impact on the commercial world. You’ll gain an array of practical skills and learn about the foundational principles of design.
Whether you’re a working professional, small business owner or artist who wishes to learn how to create their own marketing materials this course will be perfect for you.
While previous experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign is not necessary, it’s essential that you have basic computer skills. The primary operating system for this course will be Windows-based, however, MacOS is completely transferable.
