Adult Education: 10% discount for parents and carers

As a thank you for being part of our College community, we’re delighted to offer a 10% discount for parents and carers of current Hills Road students on Adult Education courses starting in the Spring Term (January 2025)

 To ensure a smooth and straightforward process, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility
   1. This discount is available exclusively to parents and carers of current Hills Road Sixth Form College students
2. How to Claim the Discount
   1. Create your Adult Education online account by clicking on the Set-up account button below
   2. Email to adulted@hillsroad.ac.uk with the following information:
      1. Course Name and Day of the Course you wish to book
      2. Student’s Full Name
      3. Student ID Number
   3. We will then review your request. Once you are confirmed as a parent/carer of a current student, your 10% discount will be applied to your account as a credit note - you will be able to use this when purchasing an Adult Education course of your choice, starting in Spring Term 2025 (January)
3. Applying your credit note
   1. The credit note must be applied during the payment process for your chosen course in order to benefit from the discount
   2. We will provide you with instructions on how to apply it to your course booking. You can also find screenshots of the process below.
4. General Terms
   1. This offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the parent or carer associated with the registered, current student.
   2. You will not have a reserved a place on the course of your choice until you have booked on the online system
   3. Retrospective discounts cannot be applied, you must contact the team prior to booking.
   4. The discount applies to course fees only and excludes additional materials or other services.
   5. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
   6. All requests for the discount must be submitted before the course start date.
