Hills Road Sixth Form College is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Director to lead the College's fundraising efforts, focusing on securing significant donations for major capital projects such as new building developments and refurbishments.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Spine point 42 - 46 £58,163 - £ 63,418 per annum, depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to establish and shape a fundraising department from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Development Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive development strategy to engage alumni, corporate sponsors, and other potential donors while ensuring all fundraising activities align with the College's values and reputation.
This role will be pivotal in enabling the College to embark on transformative capital projects, leveraging our outstanding reputation to build relationships with donors and sponsors who share our vision of academic excellence and community impact.
