What's my username
Student usernames are usually made of your first & last name initials, and a six-digit randomly generated number, which can be found on your Student ID Card under your profile picture. For example, JS123456.
Staff usernames are typically made of first name initials and surname. For example, JSmith.
Office 365
Login with username@hrsfc.ac.uk and your normal College password.
